Some days we can’t seem to find any motivation whatsoever. Instead of taking a walk, getting work done or cleaning the house we simply end up in the sofa feeling exhausted. Somehow, we often believe we’ll be able to do it tomorrow because then we’ll have energy. Fortunately – there’s a simple solution.
Instead of trying to find motivation to complete a 30 minute walk – get up and complete a one-minute exercise using dumbbells or a pull-up bar. It doesn’t even have to be for a full minute. Just complete 6 repetitions and you’ll find yourself filled with new energy – enough to conquer anything.
Make sure you use enough weights to raise your pulse.
