Is it better to walk before or after breakfast? Should I eat BCAA or EAA? Is it healthier to eat just the egg white than the whole egg? I get a lot of questions in the similar style and of course I understand the curiosity and wish to optimize your life and I’ll answer all of them on this blog but I want to point out that none of them will make or break your transformation.
Whenever we decide to make a commitment we often get tangled up in the details and spend most of our time doing research trying to answer all possible questions long before they become relevant. However, it doesn’t matter how much research and knowledge you have if you don’t put in the time and visit the gym. In the long run, the one committing to regular exercise is the one who get results – not the one who can answer the questions above.
You’re not living on the margin. Put in the work at the gym and you’ll see results!
Obviously, you should educate yourself. It’s the most effective defense against scams and as you improve – you might get some use for the knowledge. What you shouldn’t do is spending all your time reading about exercise and nutrition instead of practicing it. Eat nutritious food in the right amount and exercise a few times a week and I promise you’ll see results.
