Just came home from a great 60 minute walk in beautiful, warm, summer weather. Don’t think of walking as dull exercise – enjoy the surroundings.
I visited the cemetery which is a beautiful place during the summer and I stopped by the local windmill which recently got its wings removed due to their bad conditions. None of it burned a lot of calories but it felt great and it’s much better than spending the evening home in front of my TV.
Make the most of the beautiful summer weather by taking walks.
