Don’t misunderstand me, there’s a bunch of great reasons to exercise but way to often people proclaim they’ll begin exercise to lose weight for the beach. The problem is that if you eat to much there’s not a chance that you’ll lose much weight just by exercising. Nutrition is everything if you want to succeed!
A regular 30 min walk burns roughly 200 calories for me which corresponds to 33 cl milk or two glasses of freshly squeezed orange juice. If you drink a few glasses a day or have a chocolate bar after the dinner you’ll almost certainly have to exercise just to maintain your current weight.
Burning calories should be the frosting, not the whole cake!
