We all have small things we wish we could change with ourselves. Not all of them are possible (height) but you can feel like a new person by fixing some of them. Got acne? Visit a dermatologist. Not comfortable in your clothes? Consider reading a beginners guide on style and invest in some new clothes.
Get yourself a piece of paper and write down the things stopping you from going to parties or making you feel uncomfortable when you’re meeting new people. It can be everything from nothing to wear, bad hairstyle, worn out shoes, acne, sweating, bad nails, etc. Think long and hard.
For some reason we feel bad for little things just because we don’t fix them. E.g. we don’t have any clothes to wear on a saturday. Then we live our lives as usual during the week until it’s weekend again and we still don’t have any good looking clothes to wear..
Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.
We’re never alone with a problem and thanks to internet you’re able to find solutions to anything. Sweating? In Sweden we’ve got an awesome antiperspirant named Absolut Torr. If it concerns your health, visit a doctor or a pharmacy if you know how to treat it. All other problems you can find solutions for online or find a relevant forum and ask yourself.
Go through your list, one by one, and create a plan on how to fix all of them.
